Provide advices on improving mechanisms and policies for the economic development in craft villages

Currently, most of the craft villages produce spontaneously, arbitrarily discharge untreated wastes, causing heavy pollution to the land, water and air, causing big influences on the human health. This situation occurs in most craft villages in Bac Ninh. In order to limit this situation, it’s necessary to have the strong and active participation of agencies and authorities, strictly settle the discharge of waste from some craft villages to the environment in accordance with Decree 155/2016 / ND-CP. 

President Man Ngoc Anh said that making compensation for the site clearance to have a clean land fund for building the Industrial - Trade village Cluster is very important and urgent for enterprises. Hanaka Group wishes to have specific mechanisms, land incentives, supports for the site clearance to collect and gather wastes on site to have a clean site. Making investment in the construction of  Industrial - Trade village Clusters, waste treatment systems is not only a short-term business deal, a quick profit collection but also a project showing the social responsibility of enterprises. 

At the Conference, Assoc.Prof. Dr. Doan Hong Nhung, Faculty of Law - Vietnam National University, Hanoi said, “Connect land use planning with economic, cultural and social development, space of a traditional craft village will enrich the planning landscape thanks to the topographic features of Vietnamese villages. Land planning, the harmony between the terrain and the landscape of the craft village will improve the aesthetics and the life quality of lthe residents.

Noise, smoke, dust, chemical odor ... not only affect the human lives and health but also affect the community around the craft villages and industrial clusters. Therefore, enterprises are looking forward to mechanisms supporting to get loans with preferential long-term interest rates from banks and credit institutions. Through this forum, we recommend that the State Bank should have specific policies, apply loans to the enterprises making investment in the craft villages, handling the environmental pollution.
